Delivery & Returns
If you live in the Rossendale area ( Rawtenstall Haslingden Bacup or Ramsbottom ) and would like your order quickly, we offer FREE local delivery (up to 5 mile). Simply Select the option at the checkout and we will be in touch to arrange.
All orders will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving it on a standard delivery service. Standard delivery is FREE for all UK Mainland orders. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity when a Bank Holiday occurs. We do not delivery to remote Postcodes. (e.g. Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, The Channel Islands. We do not ship to international addresses.
All postage orders are sent by Hermes (tracked) or Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you would like the item quicker please contact us and we can provide next day delivery (subject to availability ) price on application.
R and R Sports offer a hassle-free 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on all items (except custom-made cues or items). If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We would request you to read our Returns Policy before placing your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, whatever the reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. For a full refund, we will ensure that the product is in its unused form and in its original packaging. Cues and Cue shafts should not have been chalked and should not show any signs of use. Darts should also be showing no signs of use. Ice skating tights must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition (with hangtags in the original packaging).
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of any tights that have been worn or removed from the packaging. We request you to return the item(s) in secure packaging otherwise we may not accept the return.
Before returning any item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your intention of doing so in order for us to deal with your request.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the returned item reaches us. We will not accept proof of postage. All return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
If the customer returns an item that has been used and not in the original packaging then it does not qualify for the 14 day Money back Guarantee and it will be returned to the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In case of damaged or faulty items we may offer a product replacement or similar or refund based on following process:
- You should contact us to report damage or fault as soon as it has been received
- We may require you to email us a picture of the damage/fault so we can decide on the best action to resolve the issue
- We may request you to return us the faulty item
- Please do not return us a faulty item unless we request you to do so
- We will refund any P&P costs incurred on all returned items which are accepted as damaged/faulty
